I wasn't sure whether this would go under the game problems or application problems section, but it said "Application Error" so I decided to post it here. I think this may be the problem with a number of the programs I have that've been crashing lately. Most of them are pretty heavy stuff, like games and such. This is the first time the error has stayed long enough for me to get a picture of it (I think due to the fact that in the games I'm constantly pushing buttons therefore pushing "OK" without seeing it).

Right click and select Save Target As... then rename the file as shown here and save.

So there it is. What does this mean and what do I have to do to fix it? Thanks for your help in advance. I really appriciate all the help MyTechSupport has given me in the past. Peace.
