Can someone tell me if an AGP 8x video card will work in an AGP 4x slotted motherboard?  And if it will work will it cause problems becasue of the voltage difference .8v compared to 1.5v ?

I believe 8x agp video cards also have the 4x agp capability, the box or manual should say,I know you can use an 8x video card in an 8x motherboard but you can change bios option to 4x if you experience problems in fact tech guys recommend it if experiencing video problems.Far as the voltage goes that could be in motherboard specs cant see no harm in running it in any case.
