PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version: Windows XP
Problem Application Name & Version: C-mediao ac97 sound device
Problem Hardware Make & Model: dont know
Error Messages: none

When i bought this computer a year ago the soundcard was working fine. I was fine tuning the settings and all of a sudden the sound stopped coming out of one of the speakers. Its weird because my computer has two sound jacks, one on the front and one on the back. When i plug in my speakers to the front jack sound only comes out the right speaker, when i plug them into the back jack sound only comes out the left speaker. If i plug them into both then no sound comes out at all. Im thinking the problem has to do with the sound software or hardware because the problem started after i clicked on something, only problem is i dont remember what it was.

Please help!
