PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version: Windows XP professional
Problem Application Name & Version:
Problem Hardware Make & Model:Linksys wmp54g wireless-G PCI adapter
Error Messages:My problem is that I cannot get the adapter to find my wireless router which is a Gateway 2WIRE 1720 from SBC. The router is for DSL hook up and is working fine for my hard wired computer. I have even hooked the router directly to the computer with the wireless card but it does not recognize it. The card keeps picking up my neighbor's DSL.

Any suggestions? I am an very dumb when it comes to this wireless connecting.

Thanks for any help. I have tried Linksys for product help but they were rude and no help.

thanks, Wireless confused.
