Error Messages:

Hi All!
New here and looking for some help.
Lately my cursor will change to a box sometimes all black some
times different colors then my screen will freeze up and
I have to reboot, and sometimes I have to reboot many times before
I get a proper screen.
I have updated all drivers including directx, video drivers (monster fusion) I have downloaded all needed updates and I'm really stuck
as to were to go next.
There seems to be no trigger to make this happen it is random.
I am running a p2 400 half gig ram on win98
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

PS I have run all virus scans also, with nothing found.
