If anyone can help I`d be very grateful.
My apollo 2200 printer used to work until I had the computer "wiped" and the person didn`t install the driver. I downloaded a driver, clicked on setup and went through the wizard and it said "congratulations you have sucessfully installed your apollo 2200 printer"-but I hadn`t. I have tried getting the computer to look for new hardware but it just goes back to the printer installation where it asks me to give the driver from a list (and it isn`t listed). There is no printer listed in the devise manager either or in control panel, although it does have its own printer icon in settings. The printer must be working because when i lift the "lid" the ribbon thing moves but it wont print-it doesn`t even come up that it has failed to print-nothing. Printer is set to default and i am using windows 98. So thanks
