i hade a virus and you guys helped me remove since then when i open  on-screen keyboard when i open that keyboard you only see the top like when you minimize it and i can not open it or use it

The virus you had may have corrupted your on screen keyboard application.  

To try and fix this problem you could:
1. Try downloading osk.exe from somewhere on the net or get it from a friend
(file is located in "%SystemRoot%\system32\osk.exe").

2. Restore your OS to a previous restore point using System Restore (Location: "START\All Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System Restore")
