Hi, my C Drive currently has about 300mb of space left. Ive checked all the files and folders in my C drive, and it amounted to only 13 gigs. I have a 29 gig C drive, so where has the remaining 16 gigs gone?

Is there any way i can find these hidden gigs, so that i may clear some of it up?

THanks!!

Right click on the C:\ drive/properties. What does it tell you in there?

Hi,

Ive run CC Cleaner and it managed to clear up a few.

But ive right clicked/properties, and it says 24.6gig used capacity, 4.61 unused capacity.

When i copy and look at all the folders in my C:/ it amounts to 13 gigs. I have a 29.2 gig harddrive, so im still missing about 10 gigs (is it because other registry is taking it up? is it possible to check where exactly all of it is going?)

Not sure if this matters but do you have all folders/files shown when you are checking the C: drive?

Go to My Computer >Tools >Folder Options >View tab and make sure that Show hidden files and folders is enabled. Also make sure that the System Files and Folders are showing / visible. Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files option.
