Please Help, ( simple problem for daily computer users )

Windows XP ( that's alll I know sorry, I am no good with computers )

    I just obtained a new computer, however I cannot install the drivers for my graphics card since I don't know the make. I tried to auto detect but I don't seem to have one. What can I do?
