hi im trying to help my father, his computer is running very slowly and I am at a loss. I have run ad aware spybot s&d and no help. Here is his hijack this log. Thanks for your time and any help!!

I cant see any problems here,it all looks fine.Maybe a good defrag and a clean out might help.

Run a full scan here with Ewido .During some scans  it may find cases of false positives so you will need to step through the process of cleaning files one-by-one.

Also run CCleaner.
