[Hi,
The last few days when another window opens it will shut down my internet access. For example when I type an email and I click for my address book it tries to open the window but an error occurs. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi,

What version of Windows?
What email program are you using and what version?
What is the error message you get when you click on the address book?
When this error occurs and you say it shut down your internet access, are you refering to the email program that exits or your dial-up connection hangs up?
Do you have an updated viruscan program running?

Actually I think I fixed the problem.
One day when using my computer tons of pop ups kept coming up.
I believe something was installed on my computer to prevent this from happening
I went into add/remove folder and found that popunder in the xuipter folder was installed. I removed it and so far this morning haven't had the problem.
Thanks for the quick response.
If it happens again I will ask again.
Thanks so much!

Hi,

That's great! Did you completely remove Xupiter because you should for security reasons? Xupiter is a threat to your privacy as it tracks your browsing habits and reports this information to a central ad server...

If you want to read up on it, check out these articles:
