Hi
In device manager I've got a ! mark at parallel devices. Any one help me with this. I don't know how to fix this/

Boot to Safe Mode - open Device Manager - Remove ALL flaaged devices, and all entries in the 'Other Devices' branch, if present - reboot to Normal Mode.
WIndows will reinstall required drivers - see if that cures the problem, and post back with results, and EXACT error messages if any.
