PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version:
Problem Application Name & Version:
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:

I recently installed the MACH 52 (52x24x52) Internal IDE CD-RW on my Windows 98 system.  I installed The NERO Burning ROM CD, but when I tried to transfer files onto a blank cd all I was able to do was transfer the files onto my harddrive.  What do I need to do in order to transfer these files onto the cd?  I downloaded the USB20 Drivers, but could not open it because it was a "zip" file.

Go to Winzip and download their trial appz.

If your Nero is older than your CD-RW then it will not recognise it!

Go to Nero.com and update your nero to 5.5.10.15a

BUT SERIOUSLY!!!

You must supply information that was asked at the start and still give a lot more else I cannot help you!
