Lord I hope this is the right place to ask this.. If it isnt I appologize.  I dont even know if you can help me.  If not I thank you for taking the time to read this.

We got the game namco museum, and darned if the bloddy thing will not open.. Oh it installed, but now when you try to open the game  it checks the disk like it is supposed to, then the screen turns black.. (so far so good) then the mouse icon timer shows up, (looking better) then the screen goes back to my main computer page with all my icons, however, the back ground is now a very bright blue and the normal back ground no longer exists, unless of course you open something then close it then the back ground comes back..  I am stumped..  Namco help does not help.. I tried.  Any suggestions?

I suggest updating the video and sound card drivers. Also, you should make sure to have the latest version of Direct X. After getting the updates, try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Also, make sure to close down all other applications when attempting to play the game, so that no programs are running in the background. If you have any antivirus software on your PC or some type of firewall, turn it off while installing the game as well.
