Alright, i saw a post by Lopper, and it helped me to be honest. I had downloaded skype, and physically done everything i could think of to my computer over the past week trying to find the root of the problem. Removed RAM and put it back. Defragged, checked for errors and bad parts, Ran virus scan, ad-aware, spybot search and destroy and nothing. Here is the log i have up to date. What do i need to remove to install WoW without it eating all my CPU?

Hi and Welcome
It may help to print out or copy this page as you will be working in Safe Mode.. Make sure to work through the fixes in the exact order its listed..

Download any of the required programs before attempting to start any of the fixes.

SHOW HIDDEN FILES AND FOLDERS.
To show hidden files instructions (WinXP)
Doubleclick My Computer | Tools | Folder Options | View tab
Select Show Hidden Files and Folders
Uncheck Hide extensions for known file types
Uncheck Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)
Select Apply to All Folders | Yes | Apply | OK
 ------------------------------------------------------------------

Files highlighted in BLACK  will need to be removed from your hard drive.

Folders that have been highlighted RED will need to be uninstalled.

  ------------------------------------------------------------------

Go here and run the Purity Scan uninstaller and reboot afterwards. http://www.purityscan.com/uninstall.html

----------------------------------------------------------------

Download the trial version of Ewido Security Suite

When installing, under "Additional Options" uncheck "Install Background Guard" and "Install scan via context menu".

Launch Ewido Security Suite (there should be an icon on your desktop doubleclick it). The program will now go to the main screen. You will need to update ewido to the latest definition files.

On the left hand side of the main screen click update and then click on Start Update. The update will start and a progress bar will show the updates being installed. If you have problems with the updater, you can use this link to manually update ewido.
http://www.ewido.net/en/download/updates/. Do not run a scan yet.

When you have done this, boot into Safe Mode (restart your PC and keep tapping F8 while it restarts).

Run Ewido Security Suite now. Click on Scanner and click Complete System Scan and the scan will begin. During the scan it will prompt you to clean files, click OK. When it asks if you want to clean the first file, put a check in the lower left corner of the box that says "Perform action on all infections" then choose clean and click OK. When the scan is finished, click the Save report button at the bottom of the screen. Save the report to your desktop and close Ewido Security Suite

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Please start by going into SAFE MODE.  During reboot, tap the F8 key. Select Safe Mode and then run "Hijack This"
 ------------------------------------------------------------------

Uninstall the following programs (if they still exist) Go into HijackThis->Config->Misc.Tools->Open Uninstall manager

TBONBin
Viewpoint
RXToolBar
rlto
Need2Find

-----------------------------------------------------------------

Go into HijackThis->Config->Misc. Tools->Open process manager. Select the following exe file and click End Process for each one if they are  listed.

hauu.exe
tbon.exe

------------------------------------------------------------------

Have "Hijack This" fix all the following items in the list below by placing a check in the appropriate boxes.Confirm that you have only the listed ones checked, then press  and Close HJT.

Ok, i just did. The ones that are there in my updated one, and the old one, that you told me to remove, do not show up in safemode. I have hidden folders viewable and the 2 boxes unchecked, and they dont appear. When i fix them in non-safe mode, it doesnt fix them.

Ok, for some reason when i did it, it didnt actually delete them. This time it did, i ran CC cleaner and analyzed and it had no problems. WoW still wont install, something is taking all my CPU, it says 99% on the Installer itself, but i know it isnt the installer alone doing this all.

Uninstall SurfSideKick using the Add/Remove Programs if it is there.

In safe mode,delete this file.
c:\windows\system32\repairs.dll

Run HJT and fix this item

Download Pocket Killbox from http://www.cybertechhelp.com/downloa...pocket-killbox. Paste the full file path in the box and click on Delete on Reboot. Next go to Options > Delete on Reboot and click on "Process Single File" (or "Process All in List" if more than one file is to be deleted). Please do this even if the option is already checked. Click on the button with the red circle and an X in the middle. You will get a message saying "File with be deleted on next reboot, Process and Reboot now?" Click "Yes" and post a new log when you have rebooted.

c:\windows\system32\repairs.dll
========================================
Search for the following files and folder. If found delete them:

C:\Program Files\SurfSideKick
Sskknwrd.dll
Ssk.log
SskUpdater.exe
Ssk.exe

Download the following reg file to your desktop. When it is finished downloading double-click on it and say Yes when it asks if you would like to merge the data.

Fixssk.reg http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/spyware/fixssk.reg

Correction, they do have pocket killbox, just that link doesnt work, for refference if needed here is the new one.

I fail to delete it on reboot, The error i get is.

You've been a big help so far, i'm glad people actually do this. I would end up just formatting my comp if no one knew the problem : )
