hi,

i have trouble with pop-ups from different urls like ad-a-w-a-r-e... , blow-outsales... , hug-ediscounts..., etc. also i get lite pop-ups with litle close buttons. they appear like in every 3 minutes.

i have tried different solutions from reading the forum.

here are things i have done:

used ad-aware se personel, also used add-on vx2 cleaner, said system is clean.
used spybot - search and destroy 1.4

after these nothing has changed. the i read about an unistaller and used it on tuesday evening, and after that everything seemed ok, no more pop-ups, well until yesterday, i got only 2 days off from pop-ups. Embarrassed

i really need some help, please!!! thanks...

here is the hijackthis log:

hi,

well i started to do all things you told but "sc stop cmdService" command failed and after that "sc delete cmdService" command said that it is requested to delete the service. i thought it worked so i ran l2mfix.bat and select option #1 for Run Find Log by typing 1 but it didn't work and said that "the system cannot find the file specified" and then a window with a title "16 bit ms-dos subsystem" opened saying:

"c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe
c:\progra~1\symantec\s32evnt1.dll. an installable virtual device driver failed dll initialization. choose close to terminate the application"

well i chosed close and log file appeared without anything inside, only the titles like "These are the registry keys present" or "Winlogon/notify:" so on. and now lots of system.exe are running all the time, using all of my cpu.

i am confused Sad please help me....
