My boyfriend and I both have webcams. We used to be able to set them up and view each others fine.

But he has recently moved and the network that he is now on will not let him send his webcam or view mine. He can exchange webcam feeds with others on the network.

Yet, his friend (on the same network) is able to view and send with others not on the network. Logicially, this doesn't make much sense to me.
Any suggestions?
