Sorry for the late reply. Im thinking you have a memory leak in one of your programs. Not sure if this will help but test your memory using MemTest86.

On another note, you might want to see how much free space you have on your hard drive.
You might also want to defrag your harddrive, in order to improve on performance. One of the best tools for the job can be found at http://www.dirms.com
