i have a wireless router in the loft not connected to a computer i have a laptop with built in wireless and a desktop computer in the other room with wireless card in the back of it everthing has been working fine until now the desk top computer wont log on now it just keeps saying acquiring network address and stays like that all the time whats wrong?

Have you checked your firewall settings? Have you installed any new software? Is the laptop connecting ok?
