This stupid EliteBarBHO adware is killing me.  I can't get rid of it, no matter how many different advice posts I read.  I've deactivated windows restore, run ad-aware, run spybot, and run hijackthis.  The following is the hijack log file.  PLEASE HELP!!!

I may have spoken too fast.  It seems I have temporarily exorcised the devil from my computer.  However, I would appreciate a wiser person looking over my log file just to make sure.
