User have discovered problems with the way XP handles screen refreshing which can cause blurred vision, headaches, watery eyes and difficulty concentrating.

Here are two utilities that fixes this problem:

NVRefreshTool - http://www.nvrt.org/
RefreshForce - http://www.pagehosting.co.uk/rf/

If anybody has used any of these utilities (or others), I would like to hear what you think about them.
