My Blackberry has e-mails & addresses that I cannot view.  Any ideas?

I apologize for not replying to this sooner, I have been searching on Goolge for an answer but cant seem to find one exactly like yours. I myself do not use a Blackberry so I am clueless as to where to look.

I will keep searching and when I find the answer or a suggestion I will reply back
