I have been trying to connect my pocket pc but to no avail.  I have it all plugged in and computer recognizes new device and all but when I try to connect to sync it says that the ports are available but it won't connect.  What could be the problem?  Huh? I have tried the help section on the activesnyc disk and all.

What O.S. are you running?
Plz post the exact error message you are recieving.
Is there any yellow question marks or exclamation points in the Devcie Manager?
