I cannot install and run flash on my system please help.
It might be a problem with NTL, my new Broadband ISP which is the only new thing I have with my PC but I disabled the firewall and adblocker and pop-upblocker that came with it and other people that have NTL don't have this problem so I don't know. Their technical support isn't very good.
I've tried to install shockwave as well but no luck. I've uninstalled and reinstalled older versions which used to work before and I've run Adaware and Spybot and tried to erase a killbit entry in the registry like the FAQ told me to do on macromedias support pages but still it will not appear. I've checked my windows firewall and internet explorer settings as well.
I posted a Hijack this log on the security and virus forum to check it out and they say it looks ok. Can anyone else help please?.
yours hopefully,
Kat
