I use the aol browser, but have also tried IE5.
In both cases the printer preview shows a blank sheet of paper. If I press print it then shoves through a blank sheet. Thanks for any help given

This behavior may occur if the margin settings in the Internet Explorer Page Setup dialog box are too high. This may cause the margins to encompass the entire page, which produces a blank page because the page is comprised entirely of margin space.

To resolve this issue, reset the margins to their default settings:
1. Start Internet Explorer.
2. On the File menu, click Page Setup.
3. In the Left box, type .75.
4. In the Right box, type .75.
5. In the Top box, type .75.
6. In the Bottom box, type .75.
7. Click OK.

i, I had the same problem in the past.  Try to remove power cable and the USB or Parallel cable.  Shut the PC down and re-install cables.  If this does not work, try and re-install the software.  Good luck.
Let me know how you make out.  lbtanny1@aol.com

Hi,

I would try to add a new printer, a Generic Text > Print to file, set as default.

See if print preview still blank, if not the problem is related to your printer drivers, update them with the latest version.
