Hi - been a while since i have logged an issue on here but again i have an issue i cant work out.

Hope you can help.

I have recently rolled back the windows media player install from v11 back to v10 as v11 is pretty bad. Trouble is in doing this i seem to have lost ALL licences from my dads downloaded content from the online stores. Every file he has ever downloaded from the store is now unable to play due to the following error message:- C00D11DA - licences may be lost or corrupt.

I have yet to ask microsoft about this as they take forever to respond. Any whizzes out there know much about these licences? i managed to find some information on it and tried to restore a licence backup file in the my music > licence backup directory but this says "has encountered an error".

Be really grateful for any help on this.
