Hi,

Do you have a video card with built-in TV tuner?

What is the make and model of your video card?

Hi,

There is mention of a "TV Data Adapter", if you're not using it, see if you can disable it. I don't know if it's built into the motherboard or part of an add-on video card. Check your documentation. Perhaps there is an option to disable it in the BIOS.

What model is your HP system?
