Can you help? My pc dosen't recognise my mp3 player, after inserting it into the usb slt the pc "blinks" as if to recognise a connection is made. But when i look in device manager under usb devices it shows up as a mass storage devise (no exclamation mark). Then when i try to load a mp3 tune onto it a error message appears saying "O/S device error".
I have tried re - inserting the mp3 player and tried it on another pc and laptop but the same thing happens on all.
I can listen to the tunes that i have previously uploaded onto the mp3 player. All seems to be working with the mp3 player but the pc has now failed to accept the player.
Any suggestions.

Sounds as if the device itself is failing. Not much you can do at this point but replace it.
If it was running ok on those other systems I would think it was your pc but you stated it doesnt wirk on any system.
