Things are really slow!  Over 30 sec to load Firefox browser.  Sometimes minutes to load Quicken.
Just seems like system is getting slower.  Below is my HiJAck log.  Hoping someone might see something suspicious or have a suggestion.  I run on a P4 2.4 mhz with 1 meg RAM.
Thanks

Where's the HijackThis Log? :p

But clean your computer.
Download TuneUp Utilities 2006, Windows Washer, Ad-Aware, XoftSpy.
In TuneUp Utilities run:
DiskCleaner
RegistryCleaner
SystemOptimizer
StartupManager (to disable processes that don't have to run at windows startup)

Do a free virus-scan at:
http://www.bitdefender.com/scan8/ie.html

Run scandisk and defrag the hard drive where windows is installed.

Delete Your Temp
(Write %temp% in your adress-bar for example in Windows Explorer or IE)

Your computer should run faster now Wink

Did these=
Run scandisk and defrag the hard drive where windows is installed.

Delete Your Temp
(Write %temp% in your adress-bar for example in Windows Explorer or IE)

Also done virus sweep with Avast and spyware with AdAware and A2 Square.  Will try thee others you suggest.  I'm still running XP SP1 but apply MS updates regularly.  Think there is problem since MS wanted all SP users on SP2 over a year ago?
