Hi,

I am new to this forum but when I wanted to say hello to everyone there wasnt a part of the forum to say it. I know this is a help/computer forum but I think people should beable to talk about anything in one part of the forum, like another general disscusion forum?

I know I and others that would like this could just go to another forum but for the new ones/members like me and the active members here it could be another great place to chat about anything.

So what do you think?

Sorry if this causes any problems.

Also this is my first post so I probably shouldnt be bringing this up (at least yet) but I was just wondering what you think.

Thank you!

Please dont lock this topic at least not yet so you (and me) can see what other people think as well.

Thank you!

I have now been doing quiet alot of posting in the last few days and now know what the forum is about. I would like the admin to not delete this topic but to just lock it as I have seen the error of my ways Grin.

Great idea Sean,

...any help or suggestions are very welcome no matter how wakky. People here are just computer dudes that have come across a lot of previous problems, and had to fix them. I learn something new every time I log on, because I usually do a Google search for every topic just to see if I can cut to the chase and solve a problem straight off.

By helping others sort out their nightmares I am in fact helping myself by learning new techniques. I even think Admin might get a few new clues as well, now and then.

Have a general look around and ask questions anywhere on any forum if you need some info on any current topic, it's quite open.

Best thing is to have fun, learn something and feel good about helping someone out.

Hi Sean,

I think your suggestion is a great idea! Smiley

I have changed the description of the "General Discussions" forum to include other discussions.

Thank for the suggestion Grin
