There is a little blue icon w/ a yellow X flashing in my system tray.  My homepage has also been reset to isafety.  Any ideas how to remove these things.  Attached is my hijack this log.

Thanks,
George

Use noahdfear's SmitFraud, SpyAxe, SpyFalcon, etc. removal tool :

Download smitfraud.exe from:

http://noahdfear.geekstogo.com/click%20counter/click.php?id=1

Double click it to extract it to your desktop.

Boot to safe mode by tapping F8 on reboot

Open the smitfraud folder on your desktop and run the .bat from there

Now goto START>CONTROL PANEL>INTERNET OPTIONS
In the ADDRESS BOX if it is NOT your Homepage highlight what is in there and right-click choose DELETE
Then type in your homepage Address including the http//:

Once it finishes running and you've RESET your Homepage reboot back to normal windows and post a new hijackthis log.
