Here is background and problem.  Have MS 2003 Server running network of 8 computers. MS SQL is also installed. All workstations are running XP Professional. However, I have a laptop with Win Media installed.  When attempting to get this Laptop w/Media OS onto network, it works except that it will not allow it to log into the network program utilizing SQLSeems to work well with all other network programs.  It tells me : "An error has occurred while attempting to establish ADO connection. Error number -2147467259
