When I try to open JPG files from Windows Expolrer they will not open in any of the photo applications that I can associate them with.  I keep getting the error message that the file "is not a valid Win32 application.

I''m running Windows 2000 Professional OS and using either Adobie Photo Suite or Camedia Master (by Olympus Camera )  for my photos.

Any suggestions?

Make sure that only one program is associated with the JPG extension. If you have two editors, one of them will still be able to open JPG files even if it's not associated with it.

This usually happens when one of the JPG files you are trying to open is associated with a whole other program (like Internet Explorer or another browser). So just make sure the programs with which you want to open the JPEGs/JPGs can do so.

Right click on any of the JPGs in question, Open With... point it to the program you do want to open it with.
