I was playing a game and my computer crashed. My computer wouldn't rebut or restart so I cut the power on the swith on the power supply and I must of switched it too fast and it jumped back on making a steady beep. Now my cmputer turns on but its like my moniter isnt even pluged in and drives won't open. Seems my computer is brain dead. Is there a way to fix this problem and what shold I do?

Open the case, remove the power supply connector from the motherboard, remove the CMOS battery. Wait 10 minutes, replace the CMOS battery and reconnect the power supply connector to the board and boot. You may have to go into the BIOS (SETUP) and reset your time, save and let it boot up.
