I found this weird log file in my C folder, and since it didn't seem familiar, I thought it might be time to run HijackThis--I haven't posted in a very long time (must be lucky).

I am posting the HijackThis results.  If you want/need to see the contents of the weird folder, they exceed max. char. allowed, so I'll probably need to try another post or a few posts.
