Computer Restarts all the time anyone help pls

Hi all I have a AMD machine, after reinstalling window the pc keeps on restarting, it gets to the windows loading screen and then it just restarts

This sounds like the Windows installation has failed and is trying to resume on it's own every time it gets to a certain point.

What version of Windows were you trying to install, btw?
