I hate using frames, i dont know why but i have never put a frame in any of my website. Its like a page in a page, eating excessive bandwidth!! What do you think of frames? Do you use them? What for? Huh?

I stopped using frames many years ago, mainly because it's impossible to let frames look nice in a website.

My current use for dynamic content is to use php and then call for table data contents with the include command.
