PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version:windows 98
Problem Application Name & Version:
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:


I have tried to install a logitech image studio web cam,but keeps coming up with wizard was interupted and cacels installation can anyone help please. i am new to computers, i am disabled and hoping to be able to use computer for work purposes the web cam is essential.

Hi,

What version of ImageStudio for QuickCam are you trying to install?

Try installing the latest version 7.30 from here if you have an older version:
http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm?page=downloads/software&CRID=1794&contentid=5384&countryid=2&languageid=1
Please Note: QuickCam Software size is 42 megabytes

Also make sure you have DirectX 8.1 or higher installed prior to installing this software.
1. Start > Run
2. Type 'dxdiag' then OK (no quotes)
3. Look at "DirectX Version" in the "System Information" section of the "System" tab
