why do i gain weight around the back of my hips. I am under weight by a few pounds and the rest of my body looks skinny except my hips where all my fat is stored! does anyone know why i might gain it there?
could it be to do with what i am eating!
or maybe the time i eat..i eat more often at night and then sleep could that be a reason to why it is beeing stored there and no where else!

Your own explanation is probably the best one out there.

The thing is, you need to eat 5-6 times per day, but rather small portions at a time. That will cause your body to burn more efficiently and distribute the necessary body fat to the right places, not just to your hips. Also try to exercise a little bit. It doesn't have to be crazy like going to the gym a lot, it's good enough to go out for brisk 30 minute walks once every day. That way your body will get the signal that you're in charge of things and it should respond accordingly.

More often where we gain or loss weight tends to bethe same places our family members over generation have gained and lost.Spot exercise for that area can increase tone so you look slimmer.

I would suggest GM diet, but if only that area is ur problem u can look for specific yogas
