PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version: Windows XP

My computer won't read the CD's that i have burned anymore. Up until recently it would, but not any more, and all the re-recorded cds that used to play on it wont. It looks as if it is playing but no sound will come out. It will however pplay tracks which i had previously downloaded on to my computer or origional cd's so i think it's a problem with the access to CD-R's now!

can someone please help!

Hi,

Reboot using Diagnostics Startup to see if problem persists.

If the problem does persist, perhaps the drive is going on you!

Tell you what, Why don't you download and install Nero 5.5.10.20 and then have a look in your e-mail for my specific instructions on how to solve your problems.  Smiley
