What cause shimmer and …

Suddenly, when I go to internet, my computer(winXP) window icons are  often shimmering , and I  got the note call “ messenger service”―it tell me my personal information is leaking, I have to visit some web site. Would you why and how to fix it.

Sounds like spyware. Try one of these free spyware remover tools

what is spyware? it means someone will get my infor when I go to internet?
I download registry mechanic, it just for try and it can found some problems,but it didn't solver them. Did I donwload the right software or not?

Hi,

Registry Mechanic sounds like a registry cleaner/fixer.

The two links I provided above are spyware cleaners, they are not the same thing. Both sites have a detailed description of what their product does and what is 'spyware'.
