PLEASE SUPPLY RELEVANT INFORMATION:
Operating System Version: Windows XP
Problem Application Name & Version:
Problem Hardware Make & Model:
Error Messages:

Every time I switch my pc on, i receive a message saying 'your computer has been shut down during a power cut, please select mode : safe mode, return to last known good configuration and normal'.

It doesn't matter what selection I choose, it only goes so far then it restarts its self and keeps going round in loops.

This happened after a storm when the the electricty went off.

Please help!

No, yours is a simple problem that is easily fixed. You just have a slighly corrupted file that is stopping the system from booting.

It's 4:00 am here so you will have to wait.

Pop the cd in to the cd drive and re-boot.

You will have to implement XP recovery while running XP from the CD.

E-mail ADMIN as he is the expert when it come to XP.

Good luck
