My first recommendation is to see you have restarted your router recently. If you haven't, unplug it from the mains for about 10 seconds and then plug it back in.

Then reboot your computer and see if this changes anything. Once you've taken this step, please let me know how you're doing and then we'll see about what else can be done.

Please write in a legible way. The way you put forth your message is really painful to understand, especially since many of your words are completely misspelled.

A router is the box between your computer and the phoneline, if you have an ADSL modem or broadband modem, then you should try doing the same to that. Settings in Windows is something you shouldn't mess with yourself, unless you really know what you're doing. And since I don't know the first thing about your system, then I can't really give you any advice that would make things easier for you.

I hope your internet works properly then. Since I was having trouble understanding the nature of the problem, as it's very difficult to read into it, unless the description is really accurate.

Good luck
