I have a pop up blocker that appears to be running.  When I view the toolbars, it shows nothing, but when I try to access a web site, it implies a blocker.  If I hold down the cntrl key it willl work.  I have also turned off the blocker in ie7.  Will HJT identify running pop up blockers?
