Why can I download drivers for my monitor,graphics card,printer,audio adapters etc...for free and I can't find a free BIOS update?Huh?. Angry
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated  Smiley.

My specs:-

Mobo: ASUS MCP51-A8M2N-LA-00
BIOS: Phoenix Award V6.00 Rev 3.10
Integrated graphics chip Nvidea 6150LE/ASUS Geforce 8600GT Pci-E(with latest drivers,supports DirectX10,512Mb ddr3 mem)
2 Gb 667 Mhz ddr2 Dual channel memory
AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+(socket AM2,940)
19" Compaq widescreen monitor

You should be able to get the BIOS for free from the ASUS website.

Go to to have your mobo detected by the online scanners and you should be able to find the exact BIOS you need. And I believe it's there for free as well, along with all other necessary drivers and utilities.
