Few days ago the icon of trend micro of my computer is lost, and i cant to scan my computer

Is this the icon on your desktop? Can you navigate by Start/All Programs? Is the service running?

Hi geekgirl,

i dont know, but the icon is lost pls help me, if i try to open the antivirus by start program files, the main menu open, but i cant to scan all my computer or folders.
