Hi, in case u didnt know im a noob at these. I have firefox 2 and everytime i start i get some site. i tried to change my homepage, however, it didnt work. I have did some research and i discover i need to post my log thingy :

Ok.We also need to download ComboFix.exe.

Please visit this webpage for download links, and instructions for running the tool


When the tool is finished, it will produce a report for you. Please post the "C:\ComboFix.txt" along with a new HijackThis log so that we can continue to do any further cleaning that your system may require.

Caution: Never run and remove files with Combofix unless supervised by a security analyst.

About the link , i have a vista , and im dont have a recovery disc. The recovery files are in an another hard drive. What do I do now ?

You will need to do the recovery but you can do that later.Go for this Combofix link instead.
