I have ARRIS modem which comcast installed after i signed up for there digital phone. It was working ok (not great) but now I cant access internet wireless. I called Comcast they reset there modem and now internet works wired directly to the Modem. But when I connect through Linksys router wireless either does not work or work very slow for few minutes. Please advice me. I had bought this Linksys router because I used to have Vonage VOIP phone service and they had made me do a few tweaks in the router setup - could that be a problem? Please help - and if possible give me step by step what i should do as I am not very familiar with connectivity problems. In the past you guys have been great.

Thanks

Comcast's modem may need to be configured to a bridge mode then you need to configure the router either using DCHP or Static IP. Call Comcast back, that is wht their Tech support is for
