Yesterday I received my wireless modem from my ISP,a Seimens, Gigaset SE567,but first I

want to explain,my previous setup was with a"Comtrend dsl modem", with a wireless dlink

router Di-514.
    With the previous setup with the router I could use my laptop to access my Hp

Photosmart c7280, now after installing my Seimens Gigaset 567, the laptop does not see the

device=printer.
    I have Called help assistant with HP,which they instructed me how to set up the ip

manualy on the printer. After 2 try on the setup on the printer, Hp advised me that the 2

device do not see each other.Can anyone help.

update.
Solved problem with wireless printer. Since i have Vista on both pc, I uninstalled the printer software from my laptop & reinstalled:before the setup was done, i noticed 1."connecting to a "USB" 2.or wireless network,  so I chosed the wireless network.
     I am now printing from the laptop in the living  room.  :
