I am in Canada, and this Voice Broadcasting Program is legal here according to a ruling handed down by CRTC (InfoTel vs Bell Canada).

I am looking to purchase this system.  I am looking to have a pre-recorded message deposited directly on a person's voicemail without their phone ever ringing.

With this system being fairly new, hardly anyone is selling this system.  They are offering to do the service, but are not being forthcoming as to where I can actually purchase this system or how I can actually get the message on a person's voicemail without their phone ringing, in order to be able to build this system independantly.

As I understand it, there are only two ways that this can be accomplished.  First would be, once the computer senses the connection to the number dialed, it emits a "code" to go directly to the person's voicemail without their phone ringing.  Secondly would be, to access the general voicemail platform of the service provider then the dialing of the person's number would occur to reach their voicemail box in order for the message to be directly deposited.

My dilemma is either where I can buy this system in Canada at a reasonable price, find someone who knows the "code" to punch in to go directly to someones voicemail (without ringing their phone), or find someone who knows how to access the service provider's voicemail platform...

Is there anyone out there that can help me get this system in and working?
